One guy has already listed up the basic requirements for arranging a marriage in thailand, or arranging a wedding in thailand.

As he says, it looks as though it's actually easier to do it yourself and should only cost 2-3000 THB (instead of around 16,000 THB that a 3rd party company will charge for very little actual work or even as in my case failing to give you the right information)
